The Governing Body of Stradbroke High School is the admission authority for the school as an academy. The Governing Body's decision is to apply the Suffolk Local Authority (LA) Admission Policy for all application decisions.
How to Apply:
The application process for admissions into Year 7 in the following academic year is co-ordinated by Suffolk Local Authority (LA), which acts on behalf of the Governing Body to offer places at the school. Parents should apply online at www.suffolk.gov.uk/onlineadmissions or submit a Suffolk Common Application form (CAF1), available from your child's primary school or from the LA Admissions Team, no later than the national closing date of 31 October. Offer letters will be issued by the LA on the national offer date of 1 March. Late applications (those submitted after the national closing date) will be handled by the Admissions Team. For further information and specific dates, please refer to the full scheme for secondary coordination, available from the LA Admissions team or by clicking on this link SCC Admissions Web Page.
To apply for a place after the start of term in Year 7 or in any other year group, please see document links below. Please note applications should be completed and sent directly to the school. The governing body admission authority will apply SCC's admissions policy when considering any applications:
All policies can be made available in paper form via a request to the main office.
