Year 10 Business people have been carrying out primary market research through Focus Groups to investigate the qualities of cheese, biscuits and chocolate.
In teams, pupils collected their opinions about different aspects of each product including flavour, texture, appearance, packaging, and price in order to help understand how companies strive to meet customer needs. On Open Evening on October 13th, pupils will then conduct similar research with visitors, but may also include blind testing for brand awareness...watch out Greg Wallace!
