Pupils from our local primary schools celebrated in joyful song this evening with the orchestra from the high school as accompaniment.

In front of a packed hall full of children, teachers and families, Mr Axtell began the evening with some (dreadful) Christmas Cracker jokes before introducing each of the primary schools. (These included Fressingfield, Laxfield, Stradbroke, Wilby and Worlingworth).

Each school's choir sang a varied selection of Christmas carols to loud applause. Congregational carols and biblical readings enhanced the event, which was enjoyed by all.

The perfect way to (nearly) end the term and get everyone in the mood for a Merry Christmas!…
