Stradbroke Pupils are among the highest scoring for progress in Suffolk

The Eastern Daily Press has released information about how well Stradbroke High School has scored in the first year that the government has used a new measure - known as Progress 8 - to judge how schools are performing.

Progress 8 measures how well pupils progressed between the end of primary school and the end of secondary school, compared to pupils in other schools who got similar results at the end of primary school.

The higher the Progress 8 score, the better schools and local authorities have performed and Stradbroke High School is among the top in Suffolk and well above the national average.
