An 11-16 Academy
Head Boy, Head Girl and their deputies enjoyed an inspiring visit to the Palace of Westminster to see the Houses of Parliament this week, taking in Horse Guards between Whitehall and Horse Guards Parade, the Cenotaph and Downing Street on the way. After visiting the Jewel Tower, a 14th-century surviving element of the Royal Palace of Westminster, pupils then walked to the front of Westminster Abbey before going to the Houses of Parliament for their tour. Thanks to Mrs Mitchell and Mr Brown for their help in taking the students to London for such a memorable experience. More photos to come so watch this space...
