Opening Times

8.30am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday

Open every break and lunchtime
The Library is staffed at all times.  


Borrowing Books

To register for membership with the Library, all you need to do is report to the Librarian and give your name and tutor group  You will then be added to the database and be entitled to borrow books as follows:
Years 7-11   3 books
You may keep your books for 2 weeks and have them renewed if necessary. You may reserve titles that are already on loan.


The Library stock consists of around 6,000 books both fiction and non-fiction- there are regularly new books available and if you have any suggestions or requests, please come and let the Librarian know!

There is a comprehensive Careers section with prospectuses for VI forms and colleges.

There are 25 networked computers in the Library which can be used for school work and NOT for e-mailing. The computers are available at break and lunchtimes.
There are themed displays of books, both fiction and non-fiction, which are changed frequently.

Book Mastermind Area Final

On Tuesday 15th March, Finlay Thompson took part in the Area Final of this year's Book Mastermind competition, at Sir John Leman High School, Beccles.  Seth Kingdom and Aiden Perkins also came along for support, as runners up from our school round of the competition.
